Compatibility of research career & family life
For all CRC members or CRC associates with small children we offer support as needed to promote work-life balance and to allow young parents to successfully continue their research work in the CRC. This includes:
- Temporary help from student or technical assistants during parental leave
- Financial support for home office devices
- Financial support for additional child-care outside of usual working hours
- Financial support for private day care if regular day care is not accessible
- These support measures will be granted after consultation on an individual basis.
- KidsBox - if there is the need to bring your child to work, there are various toys for entertainment.
