Project B12 - Dissecting T Cell-Extrinsic Requirements for Early Tfh Cell Differentiation
The aim of this project is to identify the DC subset(s) and molecular mechanism that induce(s) Tfh cells during viral infection and will characterize the corresponding transcriptional and co-stimulatory pathways involved in DC-T cell interactions that drive this T cell fate decision by using novel single cell methods.
